The chapter examines the role universities can play in enhancing students’ employability, entrepreneurship and socio-economic mobility during and after the Pandemic. It presents the thoughts of expert scholars and academic leaders on the way universities can evolve to help the youth build the required skills to secure themselves a future, create a launchpad for successful entrepreneurs, recognise the unique issues faced by women entrepreneurs and enhance entrepreneurship programmes to overcome challenges. In the context of educated unemployment there is a need to reimagine and transform the university spaces to respond to such concern more effectively.
