Abstract

The emergence of Artificial Intelligence in the workplace is changing management techniques, engagement, and employment patterns. To retain such talent, organizations need to be extremely aligned with Gen-Z's demands. Nowadays, hybrid work is common; Gen Z workers value independence. Talent is drawn to remote employment, but there are drawbacks as well, such as communication breakdowns and cultural disintegration. Digital tools must be embraced by companies for effective collaboration. AI-driven change increases productivity, but companies need to have a stand between automation and the human touch. Gen-Z expects workplaces to foster Diversity, Equity and Inclusion more than just being an organization with policies. Hybrid models enable flexibility and collaboration, but robust strategies enable thriving. The businesses that embrace the ideals of community, purpose, and flexibility held by Gen - Z will succeed. The future workplace will focus more on establishing an inclusive, sustainable, and fulfilling work environment for everyone by adjusting to new technologies.
