Entrepreneurial anxiety is a pervasive issue that impacts the mental health and performance of business leaders, often leading to burnout, impaired decision-making, and reduced productivity. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) has emerged as an effective approach to managing this anxiety by helping entrepreneurs identify and reframe negative thought patterns, develop emotional resilience, and cultivate healthier coping strategies. This chapter explores how CBT techniques can be applied specifically to the challenges entrepreneurs face, such as stress, uncertainty, and isolation. It also discusses the limitations of CBT, particularly the barriers that entrepreneurs encounter in accessing and sustaining therapy. Future directions include leveraging technology to expand access to CBT, integrating mental health strategies into entrepreneurial education, and fostering a supportive entrepreneurial ecosystem that prioritizes mental well-being.
