Abstract
The banking sector is one of the fastest growing employment sectors in India, and requires specialized skilled management trainees at entrance level. Ms Zarine Daruwala, President, ICICI Bank, shared her expert insights on the subject matter with Dr Prageet Aeron, Assistant Professor at the Jindal Global Business School. She discussed how banking sector in India is expecting higher management educational institutions to respond to its growth.
