Abstract
This examination is about the function of Quality Assurance (QA) and Academic Governance (AG) in cross-border higher education and their implications for Education Market Analysis (EMA) in Tanzania in the context of International Partnership (IP) development. The results indicate that the influence of QA and AG is significant and meaningful on the resilience of the education market, and the influence of AG is stronger than that of QA. The market competitiveness, which is the most important factor in shaping competitiveness, and the association between institutional factors and market outcomes is also mediated by IP. The findings show that strong governance systems and influence QA systems at institutions are more likely to result in sustainable international nexus, thus improving their global positioning. In terms of theory, the examination adds to it by incorporating institutional, resource dependence, stakeholder, and QA perspectives in the developing country context.
