The education paradigm has been transformed by the implementation of AI (Artificial Intelligence) tools like ChatGPT. But there still exists the issue of security and academic integrity. These issues can be addressed through blockchain integration to education that is AI-enabled, which can offer transparent and immutable education records. This paper discusses the current problem of AI-enabled learning and provide a theoretical framework of how blockchain technology can be implemented in AI-driven learning. Moreover, the measurement indices of trust, automation, secure credentialing and academic integrity are formulated. The paper also discusses the features and advantages of the blockchain technology like data security, secure credentialing, automated learning with smart contracts and decentralized content libraries. Moreover, with the growing use of social media platforms by students as a source of learning support, socialization, and finding resources, there are problems of misinformation and authenticity of the content. The credibility of AI- and social-media-based learning ecosystems can also be enhanced with blockchain-based verification mechanisms that could help to verify the sources and eliminate manipulation. Further, the challenges of implementing blockchain technology such as interoperability and scalability in AI-driven education are addressed.
