The aim of this chapter will be to quantify the promotion of community assimilation of Leadership in school through volunteers in electronic work place, hence eliminating a gap that exists regarding the role of digital civic engagement in schools. Virtually, a quantitative approach of investigation was deployed as the questionnaire was standardized and 390 members were surveyed. EFA and SEM were checked using AMOS software to measure data in order to assess the proposed correlations. The findings describe how becoming assimilated in the community is a good indicator of Leadership in school, not only indirectly but also directly whether through volunteering in electronic work place or not. The relationship is mediated to some extent by the volunteering aspect in electronic work place which presents that it is a central mechanism through which the community interacts with Leadership in school. The findings describe that the inclusion of the volunteers in electronic work place to educational programs enhances participative leadership more firmly.
