Abstract
Artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming higher education by reshaping teaching, learning, administration, and research. This paper explores the potential of AIenabled infrastructure to enhance educational experiences, streamline administrative processes, and improve research capabilities. It examines how AI can provide per sonalized learning through adaptive technologies, increase efficiency in institutional management, and drive innovation in academic research. However, the widespread adoption of AI presents challenges, including ethical concerns regarding algorithmic bias, data privacy, and the dehumanization of learning. Additionally, there are social implications related to equity and access, with the potential to widen educational disparities. Practical considerations such as faculty training, system integration, and infrastructure investment are also critical for successful AI implementation. all stakeholders, particularly students and educators
