Abstract

In an artificial intelligence-driven global economy, sustainable outsourcing is changing ethical issues, workforce distribution, and company operations. Emphasizing the revolutionary possibilities and constraints of artificial intelligence (AI) in global labor management, this chapter investigates the confluence of AI with outsourcing. It examines ethical consequences, legal systems, sustainable outsourcing methods, and the socioeconomic consequences of AI-driven outsourcing. Based on the present findings, the talk provides useful recommendations for companies, governments, and academics trying to support ethical and sustainable AI-driven outsourcing methods.
