Abstract
Hybrid entrepreneurship, where individuals balance full-time employment with entrepreneurial ventures, is reshaping the gig economy. This evolving model provides significant benefits, including increased flexibility, diversified income sources, and enhanced innovation. However, it also presents challenges, such as the need for updated labor laws, tax regulations, and adequate support structures. As technology advances and the nature of work changes, hybrid entrepreneurs will play a crucial role in driving economic growth and fostering new business opportunities. Addressing the regulatory and support needs of this growing workforce segment will be essential for maximizing the benefits of hybrid entrepreneurship and ensuring a balanced and resilient labor market.
