Abstract

This chapter explores developing and implementing mindfulness-based interventions (MBIs) tailored for entrepreneurs to reduce stress and enhance well-being. Recognizing the unique challenges faced by entrepreneurs, the chapter examines the theoretical foundations of mindfulness and its relevance to entrepreneurship. It outlines practical strategies for creating effective MBIs, including considerations for diverse populations and the integration of technology. The chapter also discusses the importance of measuring the effectiveness of these interventions and addresses potential challenges, such as participant resistance and sustainability of practices. By highlighting future directions for research, practice, and policy, this chapter aims to contribute to a deeper understanding of how mindfulness can transform entrepreneurial experiences, foster resilience and promote a healthier entrepreneurial ecosystem
