Abstract

This study investigates the critical role of knowledge sharing in enhancing organizational absorptive capacity. Through in-depth expert interviews, the research explores the mechanisms by which knowledge sharing influences the acquisition, assimilation, transformation, and exploitation of knowledge within organizations. Findings reveal that organizational culture, employee empowerment, and a focus on learning are essential for fostering knowledge sharing. Moreover, the study emphasizes the importance of absorptive capacity as a driver of organizational excellence. By understanding the intricate relationship between knowledge sharing and absorptive capacity, organizations can develop strategies to optimize knowledge management practices and achieve sustained competitive advantage.
