Abstract

AI in entrepreneurship is one of the latest methods of talent development that transforms the conventional ways of skill enhancement, leadership, and team dynamics. In this chapter, the transformative power of AI will be discussed to identify, develop, and manage talent-what recent advances in AI technologies, including deep learning and natural language processing, have integrated with developing tools like AR, VR, and blockchain. It looks at trends such as personalized learning, AI-driven leadership development, and improving diversity and inclusion. The chapter also discusses a number of challenges and ethical issues that include algorithmic bias, data privacy, and the balance between AI and human judgment. Understanding these trends and taking ethical concerns seriously can help organizations effectively deploy AI to build strong, diverse, and high-performing teams that drive innovation and success.
