Abstract

The Indian online food ordering and delivery industry is still mostly unorganized with many new small players coming out every now and then. Social media presence of these online food ordering companies has witnessed an exponential increase in the growth of user-generated data. This data is of immense usefulness for the business leaders to draw conclusions about the recent trends and customer needs. It is imperative to tap into this social media management to increase the growth opportunities for these companies. This study aims to bridge this gap by analyzing the popular sentiments that the people have towards the food delivery company in India.
