Abstract
“I will have one chicken biriyani and a coca-cola. What about you?” Abu asked his mentor once they were comfortably seated at Kareems in Delhi.
“I will have a veg pulav, no coca-cola,” Mansika responded.
“Are you against coca-cola?” Abu asked.
“Yes, I am,” Mansika declared.
“You must be a Christiano [Ronaldo] fan!” Abu commented, sarcastically.
“I was against coca-cola much before Christiano,” Mansika replied with a smirk.
“It has been a while since we met, tell me, how are you? How is everyone at home? What do your nieces say?” Mansika asked as they waited for the food.
Abu looked around. “Isn’t it pleasant to see that Muslim families are spending their night at a restaurant, enjoying their chicken and mutton, not very bothered about the everyday violence?” he asked.
