Abstract
The Kazan Declaration and leadership interactions marked the success of the 16th BRICS Summit hosted by Russia on the theme of “strengthening multilateralism for just global development and security”. Prime Minister Narendra Modi highlighted India’s priorities and approach for the expanded BRICS+, which was meeting for the first time at summit level.
