Imposter Syndrome significantly impacts women leaders, manifesting as persistent self-doubt and internalized biases despite their professional achievements. This chapter explores the complexities of Imposter Syndrome by examining personal, professional, and systemic challenges faced by women in leadership roles. It delves into personal development strategies, such as cognitive restructuring and self-compassion, as well as organizational support mechanisms, including mentorship programs and inclusive cultures. The chapter emphasizes the need for systemic changes and further research into intersectionality and emerging interventions. Future research directions include longitudinal studies, the role of digital platforms, and empirical validation of coping strategies. By addressing these dimensions, the chapter aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of Imposter Syndrome and offer practical insights for supporting women leaders in overcoming self-doubt and enhancing their professional growth.
