Abstract

This chapter examines the role of Entrepreneurial Orientation (EO) in enhancing Supply Chain Resource Recovery (SCRR). It explores how EO's dimensions—innovativeness, risk-taking, and proactiveness—impact SCRR practices and aligns with sustainability and circular economy principles. The chapter identifies emerging trends such as digital transformation and regulatory developments and discusses their implications for resource recovery. Future research directions include exploring technological advancements, circular business models, and sustainability reporting. Integrating EO into SCRR strategies offers significant opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and resilience in supply chains.
