Abstract

A recent decision by the Madras High Court has upheld the Tamil Nadu government's insistence on public service aspirants being proficient in Tamil for exams conducted by the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission under Section 21 A of the Tamil Nadu Government Servants (Conditions of Service) Act of 2016.
