Abstract
In an era where technology evolves rapidly, legal frameworks and policy interventions must keep pace to ensure that innovation serves the public good while safeguarding individual rights. This special edition developed as part of the BILETA Symposium titled ‘Finding an Optimal Way to Tackle the Technology Maze: Mapping Law and Policy Interventions’ organised by the Jindal Institute of Behavioural Sciences (JIBS) & Centre for Intellectual Property and Technology Law (CIPTEL) at O.P. Jindal Global University, India, in collaboration with the esteemed British and Irish Law Education and Technology Association (BILETA), examines the interplay between law and technology. By analysing current challenges and proposing solutions, we aim to provide a comprehensive roadmap for policymakers, legal practitioners, and scholars working to address complexities introduced by rapid technological advancements.
