Abstract

As Bangladesh steps into its 52nd year, it is now being identified as one of the 10 fastest-growing economies globally. The year-long celebrations marking the half-century of this South Asian nation bespoke pride and joy as it also coincided with Bangladesh's dual graduation from low-income country to a lower middle-income country and from the group of least developed to developing country status by 2026.
