As digital technologies continue to advance, they have also begun to revolutionize various aspects of ADR processes. This research paper examines the intersection of digital technologies and alternative dispute resolution, exploring their impact on the efficiency, accessibility, and effectiveness of dispute resolution mechanisms. The study investigates the incorporation of digital technologies such as online dispute resolution platforms, virtual hearings, data analytics, and blockchain in ADR processes. Additionally, it discusses the potential benefits and challenges associated with the integration of these technologies and provides insights into the future of ADR in the digital era
