Abstract

In a world that continues to evolve, the roles and expectations placed upon women are undergoing significant transformations. The intersection of societal expectations, personal
aspirations, and traditional norms creates a complex landscape for women as they navigate choices related to marriage, career, and autonomy. Women, like their male counterparts, harbor dreams, ambitions, and aspirations beyond the boundaries of domestic life. The belief that a woman’s primary role is within the confines of her home is an antiquated notion that hinders progress. It is crucial to recognize and appreciate the diverse skills, talents, and interests that women bring to the table
