Abstract
Green dispute resolution refers to a process of resolving conflicts in a manner that is environmentally and socially responsible, as well as economically viable. This approach is becoming increasingly relevant in the corporate world, where companies are being held accountable for their actions and the impact they have on society and the environment. In this chapter, the authors will explore the importance of sustainable dispute resolution in the corporate world and how this approach can contribute to the overall well-being of society. One of the key benefits of sustainable dispute resolution is that it promotes transparency and accountability in the resolution of disputes. This is essential for maintaining trust in the corporate world and ensuring that companies held responsible for their actions. By adopting sustainable dispute resolution practices, companies can demonstrate their commitment to social and environmental responsibility and can build trust with their stakeholders. Another benefit of sustainable dispute resolution is that it helps to minimise the negative impact of conflict on the environment. This is especially important in the corporate world, where many disputes are related to environmental issues such as pollution, resource depletion and deforestation. By adopting sustainable dispute resolution methods, companies can help to resolve these disputes in a manner that protects the environment and promotes sustainable practices. The chapter aims to discuss how can corporates benefit from sustainable dispute resolution practices in developing greater efficiency
