Abstract

Artificial Intelligence has become a buzzword worldwide and is debated across all the segments of society. AI is not a standalone technology.1 It is used in bioinformatics, stem science research, nanotechnology, astronomy, management, and social science research. Such wide usage brings a revolutionary change to society (Harari, 2017). The reality of the AI revolution can be felt from the Luddite like fear emerging. AI can certainly take away existing jobs and create non-existing ones (Polcumpally, 2021b; Downy (Jr), 2019b; Lu, 2020). The creation of new socio-economic structures will result in a revolution akin to what industrial mass production brought to medieval society. Not just that, AI also helps in the search for extra-terrestrial life! Institutes such as Allen Telescope Array2 use AI-based systems to understand the patterns from the data collected from the space radio signals (Downy (Jr), 2019c). Today, AI has crossed the debates referring to the real and unreal nature of Intelligent machines. It reached the level where AI teaches the machine to be better than humans at specific tasks. While exploring this area, the researcher came across a series of AI documentaries aired on YouTube (Downy (Jr), 2019a).3 All the episodes conclude that human decision-making will be more interwoven with machine assistance. Gil Weinberg opines that moving ahead with the same speed of AI assistance
