Abstract

India's Look East Policy, which evolved into Act East Policy, which aims at greater relations with the Southeast, Northeast, and the Fareast, has one missing piece: "Taiwan". Although geographically smaller, the island nation is an economic powerhouse in the region famously nicknamed one of the "Asian Tigers".
