Abstract
The draft resolution concerning the entry of foreign universities in India released recently by the UGC is the first step towards inviting them to set up campuses here. Aptly titled “Setting up and Operation of Campuses of Foreign Higher Educational Institutions in India 2023”, it is to be discussed by all the stakeholders before the final resolution takes shape.
