Abstract

Indian market for car rentals has increased rapidly during the past decade. Many cab services have opened renting operations. Further, mobile applications of a particular car rental or cab service allow customers to book their cab service or rent a car at any time from any location. This paper attempts to identify factors chosen by a customer while choosing a car rental services by using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) methodology.
