Abstract
The Electric Vehicles (EV) segment is trying to make a dent in the automobile industry. The EV market in India has grown steadily in the last three years. In 2018, a key notification issued by the Ministry of Power clarified that electric charging of EVs does not fall under the provision of the Electricity Act 2003
