Abstract
In this article the author contends that injunctions issued by national courts in India constitute a threat to international arbitration in India. The threat in question is the threat of the disruption of the arbitration. These injunctions are dangerous, not merely because of their frequency but also because of the underlying juridical assumptions that support them.
