Abstract
This article aims to discuss genetic discrimination and its implications in the Indian legal context. It explores the concept of genetic discrimination, particularly, in relation to the domains of health insurance and employment. Shortcomings of the legal precedents are discussed, highlighting the need for all-encompassing legislation that addresses the gaps in the current setup.
