Nevertheless, unwanted disruptions pose a continual danger to biodiversity, and conventional wisdom is frequently misapplied. In this context, this research paper attempts to examine the significance of conservation of biodiversity and the point to which intellectual property laws aid in protecting the bio-diversity. The historic viewpoint, India's attitude to environmental conservation, and the problems faced in biodiversity protection have all been examined. The paper closes with a few recommendations for guaranteeing biodiversity conservation through intellectual property regulations.
