The first individual summit of the Quad countries in Washington this week could prove to be a change in the course of world politics. Suppose a superpower like India, Japan, Australia and America and the Presidents and Prime Ministers of the three central powers, demonstrating strategic unity, strengthen coordination in the Indo-Pacific by showing shoulder to shoulder. In that case, it is natural that the ears of those being warned will sound a warning.
