The term Pedophilia denotes a condition where an adult male/female desires or finds a pre-pubescent or early
pubescent child sexually appealing. This description makes it apparent that the aforesaid is a clinical description
of a disorder which requires requisite treatment to be cured. However, the narrative surrounding pedophilia rarely if
ever takes on this role. What we find is the painful and automatic association that pedophilia is believed to have with
