Abstract
Israel become the first country in 1996 to pass surrogacy law which are completely implemented and enforced under state supervision. Through this article I dissect the Israeli surrogacy laws by looking at its wordings, implementation and history. I try to touch upon legal, business and social aspect of the law. Surrogacy laws in Israel are regulated in a very abnormal manner which can be viewed in the light of women’s rights, LGBT rights as well as rights of the surrogate.
