Abstract
Rajen Harshe and Dhananjay Tripathi (Ed.), Afghanistan Post 2014: Power Configurations and Evolving Trajectories. New Delhi: Routledge, 2016, pp. 248, ₹895. ISBN: 9781138666917. The book has been organised under four sections. The first section analyses Afghanistan’s engagement in the international arena by bringing the Afghan setting in conversation with theoretical frames of reference. The second section makes a pointed engagement with NATO and the United States in Afghanistan, particularly in the security sector. The third section examines Afghanistan’s engagement with major actors on the international stage. The final section brings into the debate importance of regional players.
