Abstract
This final report on Institutional and Legal Mechanism for governing culture in Punjab seeks to contribute towards Government of Punjab’s (GoP) Cultural Heritage Policy. The mandate of the Institutional and Legal Mechanism team is to recommend policy changes and formulation, with regard to the legal, financial and institutional arrangements governing culture. The scope of our work encompasses the following activities (IM 2013).
