Abstract
The impact of involuntary migration on account of climate change has been the focus of a wide range of efforts at the scholarly level in the last decade.Footnote1 The research community has attempted to narrow the ‘legal protection gap’ for persons who are displaced due to environmental change, with a varying degree of success. Isabel Borges’ book is yet another thoughtful attempt aiming to address the fragmented normative regime on this subject.
