Abstract

What services and resources that academic libraries should offer, are primarily driven by the "business' of its parent institution members of which constitutes its main clienteles, although many of the established libraries do extend their services to people outside their campuses. Institutions of higher education (IHE) have to keep pace with the development in the society.
