Abstract
We are hereby concentrating on the Right to Privacy which falls under the purview of article 21 in connection to article 19, the freedom of speech is considered as an essential element of the Right to Liberty i.e. Article 21 of the Indian constitution. It means the right of an individual which allows the person to express his own beliefs and opinions freely orally, writing, printing, pictures, or any other mode. In the new world, it is widely endorsed that the right to freedom of speech is the essence of a free and non-oppressed society and it must be safeguarded at every point in time.
