In India, the property is a very revolving term. In every family, there is always an ongoing discussion over the property. The discussion is always intense which makes it a serious
matter because obviously money. The process of registration, stamp duty, etc. is always a headache for anyone which makes it time-consuming as well. In this paper, we will discuss how India faces a crisis over recording the data of lands, its roots, and how to overcome it in the coming future.
