Abstract

The ethical standards of health care-related business headship (HCBH) are examined in this chapter along with the effect of eco-friendly conscientiousness (EFC), through a particular emphasis on conscientiousness. The results relate that conscientiousness among the various workers is greatly influenced by ethical leadership (EL), which encourages actions above as well as beyond the call of duty. It is related that organisational culture (OC) flexibility has a crucial mediating role on the beneficial effects of EL in EFC. This implies that a culture that is encouraging as well as flexible not only makes better the relationship across employee conduct as well as headship ethics, but it also creates an atmosphere that is favourable to corporate performance. The implications of these findings highlight the need to incorporate moral values into leadership within healthcare-related companies. Leaders may make it successful to make better employee conscientiousness as well as overall organisational performance by making an OC that should be flexible.
