Abstract

The intersection of technology-enabled leadership and digital innovation presents a transformative opportunity to advance accessibility across organizational and societal contexts. This chapter examines how digital tools, artificial intelligence, assistive technologies, and data-driven decision-making are reshaping leadership practices to foster inclusive environments for individuals with disabilities and diverse needs. Drawing on contemporary research, the chapter explores key frameworks of accessible digital leadership, the role of universal design principles, and the strategic deployment of emerging technologies. It further investigates organizational barriers, ethical considerations, and policy imperatives that shape equitable access. Case studies illuminate real-world applications, while future directions underscore the growing importance of human-centered, technology-mediated leadership in building accessible communities.
