Abstract

The chapter shows that AI can be used to minimize bias, increase accessibility and guide mindful decision-making under the impact of ethical and human-oriented leadership because of the systematic consideration of organizational practices, legal environments, and real-life case studies. A conceptual model is shown between AI tools and leadership mediation and governance mechanisms and organizational outcomes. The chapter ends by providing practical implications on leaders on matters that can be applied to ensure that AI incorporation into organizational operations ethically enhances inclusion, equity, and organizational performance.
