Abstract

This chapter is an examination of the effect of artificial intelligence (AI) on the quality of HR services, which is particularly the role of member of staff acceptance of AI. A quantitative methodology was used to collect data from 390 participants, which ensured good statistical validity of the results. The results illustrate a huge positive role of AI in the quality of Human Resources (HR) services through member of staff acceptance of AI as the mediating factor. When members of staff embrace the concept of AI, the integration of these AI tools becomes more effective and hence improves service delivery as well as operational efficiency. This investigation emphasises the need for building a culture of acceptance among members of staff when implementing AI technologies through HR processes. This chapter contributes to the existing literature by offering empirical evidence regarding the contacts between AI, acceptance of the members of staff, and the HR quality of service, hence offering useful views to both practitioners and academics in the HRM field.
