Abstract
This is the second article of a two-part series exploring how to work with the complexity of life for societal and human development. We explore the application of relational quantum and evolutionary systemic perspectives for working with complexity as a transformative process. As such, we consider how our world can be attracted into transformative emergence by working with the imaginal potential of complex systems and developing three essential evolutionary capabilities. Systemic tipping point and trim tab dynamics are explored as attractors and affordances for creative emergence, rather than restricting consideration through reliance on mechanistic tools of regulation and control. This is followed by a brief exploration of emerging quantum-like modelling approaches to decision-making in a universe of fundamental uncertainty. We conclude our two-article series with an exploration of new narratives for healing.
