This chapter explores the unethical concerns associated with outsourcing, particularly focusing on labor exploitation and the prevalence of unethical practices within outsourcing organizations. It highlights the urgency of addressing these issues in the context of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). A comprehensive review of national and international literature was conducted, revealing the dark side of outsourcing, including labor rights violations, and unethical behaviors driven by cost-cutting pressures and weak regulatory frameworks. The chapter emphasizes the need for ethical sourcing, consumer awareness, strategic decision-making, and adherence to regulatory compliance to mitigate these risks. The findings suggest that organizations must prioritize ethical dimensions in outsourcing to uphold their reputation and ensure sustainable operations. This study serves as a call to action for businesses, policymakers, and stakeholders to foster a more ethical and responsible approach to outsourcing.
