Authors, through this article, aim to highlight the opportunity for India in space law through the G20 platform. The article throws light upon the relationship between India and other G20 nations relating to outer space, the achievements of India in space activities and research, the space-based social application and diplomacy, the commercialisation of space activities in India and the G20 including the role and vision envisaged for India in the global space economy in the coming years.
