What will Singapore be like fifty years from now? It is not too difficult to predict what it will likely be in the next 10, 15, or even 20 years. But fifty years is a different guessing game. As somebody said there are known unknowns and unknown unknowns. One can at best make an educated guess along with a fair dose of day dreaming and crystal gazing to predict what it will be like. Given the fast pace of technological advances, the world itself will be then very different and so will be Singapore.
