Abstract

The main purpose of this chapter is to investigate the associations among leadership approaches, particularly transformational style of leadership, creativity of society, as well as innovation under corporate state of affairs. The investigation uses the approach of mixed methods, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews. Quantitative data is collected using validated scales to assess leadership approaches, creativity of society, and the level of innovation among participants from various organizations. High quality interviews with leaders and team members give an additional idea of their tacit knowledge and their perception concerning the influence of leadership on creativity. The outcomes manifest a strong positive association among transformational style of leadership and creativity of society as well as innovation. Transformative leaders can greatly augment your creative team by empowering them.
